Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Swerid Wares accepts returns on product for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the return shipping cost of the product.
- Monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
- Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery on packages received without a Return Authorization.
- Returns will be refunded to original form of payment.
- Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number or receipt in your email requesting a return.
- Swerid Wares is not responsible for any missing packages so please when shipping your return, ensure you use a trackable carrier & request an insurance policy equal to the value of your return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will respond to you with instructions.
